Steam Monitor Pressure Switch
WE CAN TAKE THE HEAT
FOR YEAR’S THEY’VE BEEN BURIED IN THEIR WORK AND FORGOTTEN. THAT’S BECAUSE SIMPLE SWITCHES PERFORM... AND PERFORM...AND PERFORM...AND PERFORM...AND PERFORM...
The Steam Monitor is a “Bourdon Tube” pressure switch designed specifically to withstand the High Heat & Corrosive conditions of Steam service. Our switches are commonly used as a reliable feedback component on an Energy Management System. This “Fixed Deadband” pressure switch is typically mounted directly onto a steam line near a steam trap and is available in both indoor & outdoor models. These switches can be used on continuous & seasonal applications. All Steam Monitor pressure switches are factory set to customer requirements, or can be field-adjusted with a special wrench supplied with each unit.
Manufacturers of quality industrial pressure controls.
Series P switches are supplied with a cover for dust protection and a “BX” cable fitting to facilitate wiring. All Simple Switches may be ordered factory set, or may be easily adjusted in the field with the special wrench supplied with each switch.
Model P: General Purpose Pressure Switch
Series P switches are supplied with a cover for dust protection and a “BX” cable fitting to facilitate wiring. All Simple Switches may be ordered factory set, or may be easily adjusted in the field with the special wrench supplied with each switch.
Model C: Chassis Mount
The C model is only 2 1/2” x 1 7/8” x 1 1/4” and is ideally suited to installations inside junction boxes and equipment where space is limited, or where a cover is not necessary. This mount is available on all simple switches.
Model V: Vacuum Series
This V model utilizes the same reliable bourdon tube mechanism as our pressure switches. Specify setting and model PV (with cover) or model V (without cover).
Model R: Reset Switch
The model R is a reset pressure control switch designed for overload protection, cut off, or as a safety switch. Each switch automatically actuates at the pre-set pressure and remains until the button is pressed to reset the switch.
