EXTRACTS 3/4” HEAT EXCHANGER TUBES WITHOUT IMPACT WRENCHES OR EXPENSIVE “COLLET” PULLERS
The TG-101 UNI-GRIP is designed to extract 3/4 OD tubes without the time consuming installation and removal of tube grippers (taps, spears) with impact wrenches. This is accomplished by a unique spring loaded collet which can be set by a simple push and twist action. When loaded this collet expands, setting specially treated teeth into the internal wall of the tube. Once expanded to a preset depth, the gripper then extracts the tube like any standard gripper. This gripper may be used with a variety of tube pulling equipmment, including manual “nut and driver” types.
